It actually works! And I love the way it smells. Right now I have the Happy Cramper, but I will also be purchasing the Get Sh*t Done and Noggin rollers after using this one. I roll a little on my lower abdomen and lower back and then I even do a little on my wrists just because I like the way it smells 😜
