Order Processing
All online orders are processed Wednesday through Friday. Orders placed outside these days will begin processing the following Wednesday.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number (when applicable).
Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. fulFILLed Lifestyle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Local Pickup (Park City, Utah)
We offer free local pickup at our Park City storefront:

🕓 Pickup Hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 11 AM–7 PM
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation at the time of pickup.
Orders not collected within 14 days may be restocked, and a restocking fee may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged items.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
