We want you to love what you buy from fulFILLed Lifestyle Co. If something misses the mark, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window

14 days from delivery (or from the Ready for Pickup notice for local pickup) to request a return.

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with tags (if applicable), and include proof of purchase.
For gifts, see the Gifts section below.
Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items
To maintain our standards for safety, sustainability, and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

Opened personal-care, beauty, skincare, haircare, or hygiene items

Refill or bulk products once the seal is broken or the container is opened

Perishables (e.g., foods, beverages, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards

“Final Sale” or clearance/discounted items marked as non-returnable at checkout

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, message us before initiating a return and we’ll help.
Exchanges
Want a different item? The quickest route is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. If you would like product guidance, we’re happy to recommend alternatives.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages). Include your order number and photos so we can make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
How to Start a Return

Email hello@fulfilledlifestyleco.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

If your return is approved, we’ll email instructions and a return authorization.

Do not ship items back without authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.
In-store returns are welcome during business hours (see In-Store Returns).
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover return shipping (or provide an in-store solution).

For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping. You may use any trackable service of your choice.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear (your bank/issuer may take additional time).

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval email and you don’t see your refund, contact us at hello@fulfilledlifestyleco.com.
Gifts

Gifts are eligible for return in the original form of payment with receipt.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases, including limited-time promotions or markdowns.
In-Store Returns & Local Pickup Orders
You can return eligible items at our Park City storefront during open hours. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt.

Pickup orders not collected within 14 days will be restocked.
